Got a California club from the sandwich bar. Turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and pickles. 2 am and im having the worse diarrhea in my life while throwing up in a trash can completely naked sweating. Don't have a picture of the sadwich or the receipt. I didnt get sick until layer in the night. My wife and son had something different from whole foods and we all had the same dinner at home later in the night so we ruled that out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
