On friday, September 7th, i bought a grilled sandwich at the deli (gluten free bread, roast turkey, monterey jack cheese, spinach and tomatoes). About 5 hours later, my symptoms started and were severe for 5 hours (every 20 minutes). I had fever for the next 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
