Observed five live roaches on wall crevice behind water heater. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-10: Six live roaches in wooden shelf near walk in cooler. Eight live roaches in can opener components in kitchen area. One live roach on wall in kitchen area. One live roach in hinge of reach in chest freezer. One live roach on door of reach in make table on cookline. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-11: One live roach on wall under handling near walk in cooler. One live roach on wall under prep table near walk in cooler. One live roach on walk in freezer door. Operator killed and discarded three roaches. **Time Extended** **Corrective Action Taken**
