Chicken Taco Salad Illness - Yellow Cactus, Floyds Knobs Indiana

We ate regulars. Monday 4/3/23 we ordered take out. I ordered a taco salad fajita chicken without the shell, my husband ordered a burrito beef dinner. We both ate the chips and salsa that came with the meal. I ate some of his refried beans. I woke in the night with head spinning, couldn’t easily walk to bathroom, had diarrhea went back to bed where I laid on my back for 24 hours. I had sweats and shakes for first couple of hours. Unable to eat that tues. Drank water throughout the day. Passed out the next morning when I went to bathroom. I have been unable to work since tues. I’m still weak, head doesn’t feel right and I don’t have an appetite. I can only think it was the chicken because I had a grilled cheese around 11am for lunch othst Monday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Loss of Appetite
