3 hours after eating had stomach cramps and vomiting, 8 hours later diarrhoea. 2 days on and still gave stomach cramps and diarrhoea.
Husband is the same, both had whoppers, kids had nuggets and they are fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Onset: Less than 4 hours

Additional information: The discomfort appeared very quickly after having ingested the sandwich and then a few hours after diarrhea, chills
