See More ate only the lettuce itself three times and every time I got sick with the same symptoms. I got two separate deliveries from Walmart for lettuce from Bonipak. One was from Walmart at 16th avenue and Bethany Home road in Phoenix Arizona and the other bag was from Walmart on stapley and baseline in Mesa Arizona both Bonipak. The second was Greenleaf lettuce.
