Suspected source: not sure, the only thing in my stomach was beef jerky but I've never had a similar reaction before

Had a spicy chicken wrap with fries at 11pm. Woke up at 6am with abdominal pain, nausea, sweating, and chills. Had a hard time falling back asleep.
