i ate from the mc donalds on bramlea road i got the breakfast chicken wrap at 12 pm and thats the only thing i ate later i threw up 30 times and had diahreha i was severly dehydrated and couldnt walk mind you i havent thrown up in 9 years until now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Extreme stomach pain the first night after I ate the pistachio pesto pasta special. Went away with Tums so thought I just ate too much. But after eating the leftovers the next day I had the same pains and nausea until I threw up and felt immediately better. No known allergies.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got a matcha ice protein drink. Within an hour of drinking I was very sick (vomiting, diarrhea). I ended becoming severely dehydrated and tachycardic. Ended up going to the hospital.
