I ate a junior chicken sandwich around 530pm on Wednesday the 21st of December 2016 and around 12pm the 22nd I started feeling extremely nauseous, violent vomiting started nearly an hour after onset of nausea. I ordered food from Denny's this morning in Penticton, B.C. Canada.
I am so violently ill right now I cant hop out of my hot bath. It hurts to much to stand up.
It's stomach pain and nausea.
It's been happening since approx 80 mins after I ate from Denny's.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain

I had the Mexican Soup and Chicken Chipolte wrap. The same night I vomitted twice and had diarea for a day straight. I also had the chills and fever for a whole day. Never eating at Tims again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
