Monday October 28 I ate 2 tacos at 11 am. 1 el pastor 1 carne asada. I got violently ill on Tuesday October 29 at around 10 am. Thinking back, the meat out of the steam well was not even hot. And it was sitting on the top of an over piled 1/6 insert.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Mushroom Mozza Burger, It was just me..I got the mushroom burger which tasted weird, but I thought it was just because I had to wait half an hour to eat it...severe stomach pains and nausea showed up about 7-8 hours later. Triple burger, I got sick within ten minutes of eating my burger. I couldn't leave the bathroom. We live 15 minutes away and I couldn't make it home. We had to stop emergency at a gas station. Extreme violent diarrhea and cramping and nausea. I was sick for 2 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I ate sushi at this restaurant and later that night I woke up vomiting non stop from 2 am to 4 am, I was the only one to get sick I order the only different thing which was a sushi platter the salmon tasted kind of funny  | Symptoms: Vomiting
