I ate a vegan burger here not realising it was Quorn! I feel very nauseated and dizzy., Quorn I didn’t know was in the meal. I always avoid it because twice before it made me very I’ll. I feel exactly as I did after Quorn the two times this happened before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

I had lunch after here yesterday, all I ate all day. By 1700 I had the worst stomach pains I've ever experienced that after 8 hours was the worst sickness and diarrhoea. Nobody else in my party have been sick but we all ate very different meals.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Had boneless chicken fillets. A few hours later I was nauseous. A little while later I had diarrhea and eventually started vomiting. 24 hours later. Still a little nauseous with a slightly sore stomach. Still can’t eat much.
