Purchased a pastrami sandwich on Saturday 22nd at 11.30am. Ate the sandwich at 1.00pm. By 4.00pm I was feeling unwell with stomach cramps. By 8.00pm I was wrenching and vomiting, with severe chills and sweats. Horrendous experience.
