I had a bowl of beef noodle soup last night at the Spring Noodle Bar. I started to feel unwell a couple of hours after dinner. Had distended stomach and cramps throughout the night. Watery diarrhoea and severe cramps today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

This morning i had a mocha frapuccino, it was the only thing i had drank/eaten all day! the drink tasted a bit off from usual although i didn't think anything of it! a couple hours later i had a headache and nausea which turned into excessive vomiting!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
