burger ate around 3pm, threw up that night around 2 am then had diarehia then ongoing shivers, headaches, weakness, nuasea, huge swelling of the entire stomach area. i am now one week in hospital on strong antibiotics and surgeon said wont be out for a while. It happened last friday,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Swelling

I purchased few items from here on Saturday 20th February.
I have had cocktail Frank sausages, salmon portions, (turky+Japanese mayonnaise sauce+ 4 leaf salad+pasta) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner respectively on Sunday.
