Bought teen burger, walked home eating it. Within 20 minutes of eating it I felt severe pain in my belly. Began puking up pieces of burger violently, and pooping as well...Tried chugging water to force puking, after about 12 hours I was able to sleep for 6 hours, beginning to feel better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

Suspected food poisoning, Extreme illness started about 3 hrs after a 5:45 pm Jul 12, 2024 in-restaurant meal of chicken chow mein, breaded chicken, beef and vegetables. We took some of the food home in take-out containers. We labelled and froze it after the illness (if required for testing).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Used of the the dry fruit package I purchased about 6 month ago and got sick after consuming one. I opened the next package few days ago and experienced some hair, most like dog hair, within the contents. Very concerned about quality of your supplier!. Costco Richmond BC.  | Symptoms: Other
