I had a spicy chicken burrito around 5pm Wednesday February 15 2023 and by 11 pm i was a fountain out of both ends all night and had very watery stools all the next day with bad kidney pain and lower body numbness and pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Numbness
