I ate a chicken strip combo at 4:15pm on Oct 18th and became violently ill 8 hours later. This was my main meal I ate that day. The only other thing I ate that day was toast very early in the morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
