I ate at 4 30 pm on Friday Dec 29 an by 5 30 I was vomiting stomach aches Nd serious diherea I've never felt so I'll, and litterally had to go to home puking omw there. Horrible customer service horrible food disgusting quality taco Bell on river Nd Ottawa 1020 Ottawa st Kitchener ontario  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

At 6:30pm wednesday evening my wife and I had a double double coffee from drive theu at this location at around 12:30am we were starting to feel severly ill vomitting fever diareah. It is saturday now we are moving around slowly still dehydrated and alot of back pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Got myself a late night meal at around 11pm. I purchased the mighty angus burger, the garlic parmesan fries and an apple pie.
