This happened in February 2014. I was so sick for 3 days straight. I could barely make it to the bathroom. It was a nightmare. I wasn’t sure what triggered it. On the second day of our vacation. We stayed at the hard rock.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

In February 2018 I became so ill that I had to be air ambulance out to Ft. Lauderdale after my wife paid
$ 19,000 on our AMEX card. I spent a week at Broward county medical center. I too consumed scotch at a bar at the hotel. Today I feel lucky to be alive.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Woke up Wednesday, June 12 with diarrhea flew back to the states by the time I got home had terrible stomach pains and started vomiting had a severe head ache as well. Went to the doctor on Thursday and got meds still not great today, We had a group of 31 and at least half have symptoms.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
