Burger van - ordered a burger from a food van on Tuesday 10th Sept 2019. It came in a french stick with lots of mustard and ketchup on top. There was some lettuce with it. Stomach felt weird within 30 minutes. Was very ill for several days with tremendous indigesion, sickness and heartburn.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn

I had lunch here on 7/23 around 1:30pm. I had the tuna tartare by recommendation of the waiters was sick about 4-5 hours later. I threw up and had chills and hot flashes for the next 20 hours and was mostly bedridden.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I had a steak tartare for lunch. It wasn’t prepared in front of me, as a lot of restaurants would typically do, and didn’t taste very spiced but with quite some oil. I woke up in the middle of night with diarrhea, vomiting and severe stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
