After eating a meal I felt unwell I vomited several times and I have diarrhea running down my back my husband helped me clean myself up they had to take me to the hospital in the park.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

On 20.03. Did I eat a pizza.
Followed by 3 days of stomach cramps and diarrhea.
Since I only ate a pretzel that day apart from the pizza, I'm pretty sure it was my upset stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

I had Quinoa salad, Vegetable Curry & Fruit Soup. He had Chicken Salad, Fish & Rice Pudding. He was violently sick & had diarrhoea which continued for 2 days. I had diarrhoea & nausea.
