After calling 3 times manager and director, no one called me again.After a Big Tasty Chicken horrible cramps (stomach, under the ribs) nausea, diarrhea... more strength.. eat 2 bananas a day.. I don't recommend this McDonalds.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Weakness

My 9-year-old daughter ate last night around 8 pm at McDonald's in Libourne Leclerc from 8 am she only vomited nausea headache we didn't sleep all night and can no longer put a glass of water in your mouth she just vomits and this morning it continues it's shameful  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Took a happy meal (crunch macdo + fried) as well as a wrap. Was sick an hour later. Vomiting everything I ate.
My daughter also vomiting.
My spouse had taken triple cheese these symptoms are diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, hyperthermia  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Diarrhea, Nausea
