I ate at McDonalds in Hennebont this noon and I started to feel the first pains around 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., now it's 1 a.m., I've just vomited for the third time, I have fever and chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

5-year-old child who consumed a children's menu.
A few hours after ingestion:
Sweats, stomachaches, vomiting, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever.
