Suspected source: their food
Onset: 1 hour after eating foe the nausea, and morning after for the diarhea
Duration: 12hours so far

Stopped for lunch on Saturday at the McDonalds in Charles de Gaulle airport to pick up our son, we ate 3 different menus and after a few km we all started having digestive problems... and then stomachache, nausea, headache...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain

I brought my two children home to eat at,
Two happy meal menus: one coca fries without sugar and the other ice tea fries with Hamburg fish and I myself had a fish menu with cola fries.

Once we get home at night we all start vomiting and having diarrhea...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Following my visit to Megeve we were 3 we were sick 6 hours later vomiting headache and still digesting burping from the burger. When we arrived, cold fries changed at our request and the burger was lukewarm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
