I usually eat one meal a day.

My first meal was 2 egg tart, 01 kopi and vegetarian nasi lemka with fish curry. It was the most delicious meal ever.
I reach home 10pm feeling extremely breathless and I thought I needed to sleep

I ate the dark chocolate oveltine ice cream and after eating it for a few seconds I felt a very painful hurt in my stomach , after I go to the toilet it hurts so much even if I'm done going to the toilet  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
