Bought chicken satay - my mum ate 3 sticks and I stopped her after I joined her. The satay was not satay. My mum is suffering from vomit and diarrhoea. Please check them out before others are poisoned  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Chicken dish. 7.30-8.30pm, Sunday 8 May. Diarrhea around 10-11pm that night. Worsened rapidly in the morning. Continued every 30mins til 9pm the next day (9 May). Low blood pressure snd severe dehydration. Had to be put on drip, administered antibiotics and various medicines. Still suffering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration

The chicken pasta and seafood soup at that place
I had dinner at an Italian restaurant last night. After dinner my stomach wasn’t feeling too great and to go toilet. Couldn’t sleep well the whole night coz I was constantly feeling nausea. This morning I passed out large amount of loose stoo  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had lunch at about 11.30am at BIG food court. Ordered hargow and fried prawn dumpling at MyDimsum. Started having pain around 2 - 3 hours later and had to camp out in the toilet  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered 3 hamburg through grab. Made my daughter and I sick, had diarrhoea, and I threw up once. The mince meat of the hamburg must have been contaminated. No food safety I suppose.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
