Ate dinner at Casa Del Pintor and had Salmon with vegetables on 11/24/23. Had severe cramping a diarrhea the following morning and at one point blacked out. Took Neomycin, Peptobismol and electrolyte solution.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Been in Sayulita a few days, have been here multiple times before. Been mostly surfing, eating at food stands, but careful about water. Bought a fancy juice and drank it this morning and have had nonstop diarrhea all morning. The color of the juice. Bad cramping and runs… eating into my surf time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
