My group of 4 all became sick while on vacation at Sandos Playacar it started with #1 48 hrs after arrival and ended up hitting all of us.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

We travelled from Feb 8-15. Of our group of 14, 13 of us got sick. My 10 year old nephew was sent to the hospital. We smelled sewage in the water. We were sick even after we got home. Wore N95s on the plane, hand sanitized etc.… See more

Food hygiene issues. Staff using hands to wipe down silverware and reuse them without being washed. Raw chicken, meat left out all day long and not chilled. Fruit expired covered in fruit flies.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
