My wife and I shared a plate of frutti di mare and had severe diarrhea and vomiting. When we went to the restaurant the next morning to let them know, not only did they not take the complaint seriously but the owner physically assaulted me and threatened to beat me more outside the city wall.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Unpleasant Monkfish and Prawn kebab. Severe D&V the next morning.
Mother in law ate there earlier in the week and developed diarrhoea too although we didn’t link it until after.

My wife and I both had pizzas, she had vegetarian I had salami. It is the only food we ate that was different all day. My wife was fine, only I was sick so we assume it was the meat. I was up most of the night with severe diarrhoea and vomited multiple times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
