I ate a sweet chilli chicken pizza, after 2 hours my stomach starter running , vomiting, back pain, stomach pain and head aches.

It is the worst food poisoning I ever had. I can barely move. I shit and vomiting at the same time multiple time.

Bought ox liver pie on a Tuesday(1 November 2022). Woke up cold but sweating on 3am 2 November 2022. Throughout the day my condition worsened as i had diarrhea,vommited,fever and very weak as my symptoms.
