my boys started getting Diarrehea and cramps at school and came back home and self medicated them but it did not help, i took them both to the Dr yesterday 31 Jan 2023 and they got a sick note and missed school and today 01 February 2023, they were still cramping and missed school again, i have to go to school to give them the sick note and explain they still not well, they will be missing school and i am not hundred percent also but i had to go to work because i could not miss work again, i had to get someone to look after the kids while i go to work  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
