Thomas Cook hotel - Mallorca Palace serving raw chicken - another thing to add to the list, refusing us dinner Sunday night for boyfriend not having long trousers with nobody informing us otherwise, broken air con, couldn’t adjust temp on shower, rude staff

Yesterday we was jetting back home from holiday so stopped at McDonald's at the airport me and my boyfriend ate the mc chicken bites, cheese and bacon topped fries and bbq and mayo burger - this was ordered about 8:25pm
