6 hours on from a pizza I am now on the toilet in a lot of pain and diarrhea and vomiting. I had a Texas BBQ medium pizza around 7ish and now its 12 and I’m like this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Had a BBQ Pizza from here along with my family having another BBQ, Pepperoni and a BBQ, Onion, Ham and sweetcorn pizza, I’m the only one feeling ill, my bowls feel really bad and I feel sick to the stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
