Had a big tasty with bacon meal a two weeks back and was up all night every hour with sickness and diarrhoea.

My partner went to McDonald's around 10pm and after we had finished our burgers we both had really bad diarrhoea the hygiene in that place is disgusting (we shouldn't have eat there to be fair) but when you walk in it smells like raw sewage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
