I purchased a steak bake from there this morning, and it was extremely busy, not one person was wearing a mask or wearing gloves. I ate my steak bake and within a few hours I began to feel nauseous and I'm now suffering from stomach cramps, vomitting and diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate a chicken tikka sandwich and a chicken tikka salad which I do not normally get. I went to bed feeling a little nauseous and then next morning I was vomiting and having Diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had a large cheese pizza for dinner last night (approx 7pm) , about 1 hour later I had diarrhoea, woke up in the morning (8am) with the worst stomach pain I’ve ever had. Definitely not having again anytime soon ?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
