Monday night ordered a munchie box. I took rigors for 4 or 5 days followed by a fever of 39 degrees. Yellow diarrhoea several times an hour for 3 days which has now turned green. Some vomiting. Terrible headache since the fever began.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache

I are 4 pieces of pizza and had severe diarrhoea the following morning. 5 times I had to run to the toilet.
