Had a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Just one. A few hours later I was rushing home to barely make it in my bathroom before I started projectile vomiting. Horrible headache. I have slept for 24 of the last 36 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
