I bought a 6 piece nugget and medium fry at around 3pm, next morning I instantly had the worst stomach pain I ever felt, & I was so weak and fatigued. I had diarrhea and was also vomiting with also a headache!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
