First I found a rock in my bean and cheese so I barely ate any. Next, I had two del tacos. Started getting horrible stomach cramps an hour later with explosive diarrhea and vomiting for the rest of today. My guess is it’s the lettuce. Beware...  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered the burger with medium done for lunch around 12:30 pm. Shopped a little and ran errands afterward. I started feeling minor symptoms around 3:30pm with just bloat and discomfort. By 6:30 pm, i started feeling extreme stomach pain, joint pain, headache, and a full-on fever. Also… See more
