First I found a rock in my bean and cheese so I barely ate any. Next, I had two del tacos. Started getting horrible stomach cramps an hour later with explosive diarrhea and vomiting for the rest of today. My guess is it’s the lettuce. Beware...  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
