got the food (box combo)around 10 and felt like sh*t almost immediately after before 11. Then vomited soooo much around 11:30 and now horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. (currently 12:15)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Chowder Fries, Poke Bowl, & Shrimp Burrito.
Felt sick after eating chowder fries. Progressively got worse until I was forced to vomit begrudgingly multiple times, all night. I had to visit HB hospital since it wasn't going away. Very painful experience.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
