I consumed a cup of brocolli cheddar soup which came with a wheat bun -as well as a veggie sandwich with provolone cheese added. I became aware of my sickness and dihorhea an hour later which continued throughout the day into the night. I also experienced headaches and cramps in the abdominal area. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
