Ordered #6 with onion rings. I do not usually eat fast food but had a craving. I got sick. It was about 8 hours before symptoms started. Went to sleep, woke up at 4 am to gas and stomach pain. On Saturday, July 25th got a ToGo Chicken Parmesan meal at 12:30 PM. At 6 PM began vomiting. Nausea and vomiting have continued for two days and has not improved. I have not eaten any food since eating the chicken parmesan meal. I am still having problems, the doctor said it was food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Well I'm pretty sure I ate some under cooked chicken and I been up all night with cramps and diarrhea sometimes it was hard for me to get up I'd get the chills and could not get up, Just myself the symptoms were diarrhea from the start bathroom every 30 min got worse in time  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea
