My 6year old daughter vomited everything for 3days. Could not hold even water down. Her father has been sick for 5 days. Same problem. The food was bought from Acton California at McDonald's. He had a cheeseburger while our 6 year old had chicken nuggets.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
