Nov 24th, 2017. Wife and I both got a chicken burrito bowl. Only food we ate all day. we both suffered from diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, chills, fever, headache the following 2 days (sat and sunday), just started getting better on Monday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

I have been to this jack in the box before with no problems. I ordered the sourdough chicken sandwich meal around 12:30 and by 2pm I was feeling sick. Spent the rest of the day and night with vomiting and diarrhea and general weakness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
