I got the three entree plate half chow melon half rice, Kung poa chicken and teriyaki chicken I felt sick approximately 3-4 hours later I started by throwing up and then diarrhea it’s already been over 24hours and I still have body aches and pains along with chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache

Had a couple of McNuggets and some french fries. As soon as I got home, I was constantly vomiting with very bad stomach pain and some nausea on the evening of April 20th and the rest on April 21st.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
