After eating Lucky Charms, for the past two days, (just as a breakfast meal) I been getting green liquid diarrhea!! I got small headaches but nothing else. No pain, or nausea! Just really bad diarrhea to where I literally shit my pants. I use lactose free milk so I know it's not the milk either!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

Got the mild hot chicken sandwich meal 5 pm. 4 hours later vomit diarrhea. Vomiting 3 times ever few hours. 101 degree temperature subsiding Diarrhea persisted 36 hours and still funky 2 days later. Rested and had Gatorade to rehydrate.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
