June 23, 2024 Pizza I had pizza from the takeout section and it was cold, but almost room temperature. It was kept in the same case as pastries. I had a fever, upset stomach, nausea, and terrible diarrhea that lasted weeks  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

My friend & I got different meals but we each got French fries. We got really sick before we even left Stinson & both had extreme diarrhea. Today, we both have headaches, nausea & feel extremely ill.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
