I purchased a hamburger and fries. I ate my food and within hours I became ill with chills, fever, severe stomach pain, I came down with chills and a fever within 4 hours . Stomach pain and diarrhea stayed with me for three days. I just kept to liquids of lemon and ginger water and bread.  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills
