We had one No Name beer each, split the fish dip with hot sauce and conch fritters. Got to key west and checked in the room. That’s when the violent vomiting started. Couldn’t keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Two weeks of unexplained explosive diarrhea after eating lucky charms. There were times I was using the bathroom 6 times a day. I didn’t put two and two together until I read a report that lucky charms was possibly

Order a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayonaisse. I split it with my cousin we both got violently ill within 6 hours. The other two in our party didn't share the sandwich and were fine.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
